NAL1200

The universal front pouring machine, model NAL 1200 is designed to efficiently meet the needs of foundries operating with medium-sized molds, while also offering maximum reliability and continuity of performance.Designed with a distancia between the plan es fully opened of 1200 mm and a front inclination capacity from 0° to 45°, the NAL 1200 guarantees safe and precise movement of the mold, even in intensive production cycles.

The structure is very robust and has two movable mold carriers. Each carrier is operated by 2 hydraulic cylinders and 4 oversized plated chrome columns with related guide bronze bushings. All this allows operational stability and flexibility during the opening and closing phases of the cycle. This configuration makes it ideal for plants that work molds in 2 or 4 pieces, with the possibility of integrating optional front or rear units, depending on the desired configuration.

The NAL 1200 is optimized for the automotive sector and mass production, where efficiency and long-term reliability are essential. It can be configured for interfacing with automated systems and adapts perfectly to continuous production lines.

The two extraction – expulsion cylinders that are mounted on the boards make the universal sprue puller and contribute to speeding up the working cycle, ensuring a smooth and high-performance process. The emphasis on mechanical simplicity and ease of adjustment reduces machine downtime and minimizes maintenance interventions.

The Upper Bridge, with Direct Disconnecting makes it very versatile, fast and complete in its category.

In the central part of the structure there is positioned the Lower Table with a 50 mm adjustable stroke.

Available options: additional front and rear units, automated parts discharge systems and a casting robot for automatic pouring, for a completely modular configuration based on the customer's production specifications.
