The universal side casting machine BLA1200 is designed to efficiently meet the needs of foundries operating with medium-sized molds, while offering maximum reliability and continuous performance.
Designed with an opening distance between the working planes of 1,200 mm and a tilting capacity from 0° to 90°, the BLA1200 guarantees safe and precise movement of the mold, even in intensive production cycles.

The compact yet robust structure integrates two work planes — one fixed and one movable — ensuring operational stability and flexibility during the opening and closing phases. This configuration makes it ideal for plants that work molds in 2 or 4 pieces, with the possibility to integrate optional front or rear tooling, depending on the desired configuration.

The BLA1200 is optimized for the automotive sector and for mass production, where efficiency and reliability over time are essential. Prepared for interfacing with automated systems, it adapts perfectly to continuous production lines.

The two mold ejection cylinders help speed up the work cycle, ensuring a smooth and high-performing process. The focus on simple construction and easy adjustment reduces machine downtime and minimizes maintenance interventions.
