THE LOW PRESSURE MELTING SYSTEM for brass, ROTARY TYPE BP2-P3M, consists of 2 units installed on a 4-station mechanical rotating table with vertical lifting; the graphite bath is floor-mounted and casting is automatic with a dedicated Low Pressure furnace of 2,000 Kg.

2-unit manipulator, suitable for medium/large-sized parts.

Maximum mold size Diameter 560 mm.

90° side inclination only for introducing the core into the sand.

Station 1 = Sand-core insertion

Station 2 = Low Pressure Casting

Station 3 = Part discharge

Station 4 = Cooling and mold cleaning in graphite bath.

TRIPHASE INDUCTION ELECTRIC FURNACE WITH TWO TANKS, complete with all power, control and supply equipment, suitable for brass melting and holding, with its own electrical panel.
