Double Rotary Machine with Upper Equipment and Casting Robot

Automatic isolator with casting robot consisting of :

No. 1 double rotary machine of type P3M/S1 and a humanoid casting robot for the production of small aluminum parts (approx. 2 pieces of 500 g each), a cycle every 30” i.e. 120 castings/hour with a single operator.

This system improves quality and offers maximum productivity at competitive prices. The same machine is also suitable for the production of brass parts.

This solution is recommended for a production of 5,000 / 10,000 pieces minimum per type.
