The Comafond model CO1750 automatic gravity die casting cell for wheels is a highly efficient system for the production of wheels up to 20 inches. The island is equipped with 2 Comafond Model 1750 gravity die casting machines, accompanied by a Cartesian casting robot that was updated with completely new electronics in 2019, ensuring operational precision and reliability.

The system includes a WiFi brand electric holding oven, with a power of 42 kW and a capacity of 600-700 kg of aluminium, ideal for continuous production processes. Furthermore, there is a melting furnace produced by Marconi, complete with electrical panels, for efficient metal melting. The Striko degasser brings an additional advantage, ensuring the quality of the aluminum during the casting process.
