Every machine that leaves our facility is designed, built and tested in full compliance with European directives. CE Marking is not an optional extra — it is an integral part of our production process, and a guarantee to the customer that the machine meets the essential health and safety requirements set out in European Union legislation.
How we ensure compliance
Risk Assessment
A thorough risk assessment is carried out for each machine in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, identifying all hazards and the risk reduction measures adopted.
Compliant Design
Safety requirements are integrated into the design from the outset — guards, safety devices, signage, ergonomics and protection against electrical and mechanical hazards.
Testing and Verification
Full testing of all safety systems, verification of electrical protections, functional tests and noise emission measurements where applicable.
CE Documentation
Preparation of the technical file, signed CE declaration of conformity, operating manual in the relevant language and affixing of the CE plate to the machine prior to delivery.
Our certification in detail
CE Marking
All machines carry CE Marking in compliance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and applicable directives (Low Voltage, EMC).
Declaration of Conformity
Each machine is accompanied by a CE declaration of conformity signed by the manufacturer, indicating the directives and harmonised standards applied.
Operating Manual
A complete operating and maintenance manual in Italian and English, including operating instructions, safety procedures and a maintenance schedule.
Technical File
Complete technical documentation retained by the manufacturer for 10 years — available to supervisory authorities on request.
Risk Assessment
A risk analysis and assessment document prepared in accordance with EN ISO 12100, attached to the machine's technical file.
After-Sales Support
In the event of substantial modifications to a machine, we support the customer through the recertification process to maintain ongoing compliance.
