Our design process
Requirements Analysis
We gather all information about the customer's production process — alloy type, volumes, working cycles, available space — to define the technical specifications of the machine.
Technical Design
We develop the mechanical and functional design with detailed CAD drawings, structural calculations and process simulations to ensure optimal performance.
Validation and Prototype
Before final production, the design is validated and, where necessary, a prototype is built to test performance under real casting conditions.
Delivery and Support
The machine is delivered, installed and commissioned at the customer's site. We provide operator training and ongoing technical support.
